Following the old recipes of grandmother Castellini, Miss Daniela and the chef Fabio Orizio cook for their guests the typical dishes of the local tradition: “casonsei” stuffed with meat or with fine bagoss, tagliatelle with local boletus edulis, beef with the traditional oil of Rovato, braised meat with red wine and delicious tarts with homemade jams.

During the autumn and winter we are going to cook, on reservation, the traditional spit with “polenta e osei”.

This dish needs a careful preparation and a very long cooking. A good walnut liqueur or a good grappa of Chardonnay is a nice ending of this “culinary story”.
