English tourism course
The course is for people who want to deep English knowledge in the tourism field.
It takes 40 hours and the lessons are finalized to know topics and words referred to gastronomic itineraries, wines, architectonic styles, dialogues in cellar, restaurant and hotel or travel agency.
Each lesson is completed by didactic elements (videotape, texts) and with simulation of the situation.
Cooking Cours in Farmhouse
6 lessons totally immersed in the nature of Franciacorta, you can learn history and tradition of the culinary culture of our place through the preparation of appetiser, dishes of fresh pasta, meat, lake fish, typical cheeses or local cakes.
The course is for people who love and appreciate genuine food and is reserved for maximum 12 people.
Week end in the Kitchen
On request, it is possible to take part in theoretical and practical lessons of traditional cuisine. The lessons take a whole day and at the end you can taste what you have cooked.
Course of Oil tasting
The meetings consist in: guided visits among oliveyards and olive presses, explanation of production techniques and of the most important cultivations and oils classification.
At the end, you can taste different Italian oils through an accurate chemical sense analysis.
It will be possible to prepare many dishes with different oils and different cooking to test everything you have learned.
