Cooking class in our Farmhouse
If you love genuine italian food, you can learn the tradition of the culinary culture of Franciacorta preparing appetisers, fresh pasta, local meat, typical cheese and italian desserts.
On request it is possible to take part to theoretical and practical lessons. At the end you will taste what you have cooked!
The oil tasting consists in: a guided visit among oliveyards and olive presses, explanation of production techniques and of the most important cultivations and oil classification.
At the end, you can taste different Italian oils through an accurate chemical sense analysis.
It will be possible to apply practically your knowledge preparing dishes with different oils and different cooking methods.
