A method that respects time and nature
For us, producing Franciacorta means first and foremost listening to the vineyard. The grapes are harvested by hand, vinification takes place parcel by parcel, and secondary fermentation in the bottle follows its natural rhythm, never forced.
Every stage is personally overseen with experience and sensitivity, creating clean, harmonious wines that remain true to their terroir. Attention to detail and a love of precision turn each harvest into a story of balance and authenticity.

Our vineyards, suspended between sky and earth
Al Rocol’s vineyards climb up to 450 metres above sea level, across terraces overlooking the Ome valley. A rare altitude for Franciacorta, it gives our wines freshness, elegance and a distinctive character.
The sunny exposures and significant temperature variations help create an ideal microclimate for the slow, complete ripening of the grapes. Each vine row reflects our choice to cultivate in harmony with nature.
