The Vimercati Castellini family carries on Al Rocol with the same passion with which they have cultivated the land for centuries. Today, Nicola leads the wine production, Gianluigi and Francesca welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, Giovanni preserves the agricultural knowledge passed down through generations, while Daniela and Fabio bring soul to the cuisine with dishes that taste of home and tradition.

Together, they represent the essence of Al Rocol: a family business where every gesture, from working in the vineyard to welcoming guests at the table, is an act of love toward their land.
